30 year restaurant guy

I started my restaurant career in the toilet - as a dining services janitor at UC Santa Barbara. Thirty years later, I've held executive and leadership positions in branding, marketing, ops, sales, training, menu development, website UI, employee engagement, franchise relations and just about anything else that needed attention.

As an industry veteran with multiple chain experience, I provide my clients a unique perspective on how to avoid the pitfalls of the same-same syndrome and be a brand that is compelling to the consumers of today and tomorrow.

My purpose

I founded Sean Reiter Consulting to help brands grow, while staying true to their roots and intentions. Together, we'll develop a compelling and profitable brand positioned for success now and in the long-term.
